Appointment & Booking Policy

Booking in Advance: We recommend booking your appointments at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak times.

Booking Confirmation: Once you book an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email or text. Please double-check the details to avoid any misunderstandings.

Late Arrivals: We understand that life happens! However, late arrivals may shorten the length of your treatment or be rescheduled if necessary. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. For detailed information on fees, please consult our cancellation policy.

Cancellation/No Show/Rescheduling Policy

At Jeniva NY Aesthetics & Wellness, we have a 24 hour Cancellation/No Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers time.

  • 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service price.
  • No Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged in full for the service.

We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show/Rescheduling policy.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.

Health & Safety Policy

Health Disclosure: Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or health concerns prior to your treatment to ensure safety and suitability.

COVID-19 Guidelines (if applicable): We adhere to all local health regulations regarding COVID-19. Masks and sanitizing stations are available. If you feel unwell or have any symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.

Hygiene: We maintain the highest hygiene standards, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized between clients.

Service Change & Product Policy

Service Changes: We reserve the right to adjust or discontinue certain services. If a change is made to your scheduled service, we will inform you promptly and work with you to find a suitable alternative.

Product Recommendations: We may recommend products based on your treatment and skin type. These products are optional but designed to enhance your results.

Product Returns: All retail product sales are final. If a product is defective, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.

IV Drip Therapy Policy

Eligibility: IV drip therapy is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or those with certain medical conditions. Please consult with a medical professional before booking this service.

Health Questions: Prior to your appointment, you may be asked to complete a health questionnaire to ensure the treatment is suitable for you.

Hydration: Please arrive well-hydrated and avoid drinking alcohol the night before your IV therapy session.

Photography & Social Media Policy

Permission to Use Photos: By visiting Jeniva NY, you consent to us taking photographs or videos for treatment & marketing purposes, including social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us before your appointment.

Tagging & Reviews: We encourage our clients to tag us in social media posts and leave reviews. Please be respectful of others and our staff when posting.

Children

Here at Jeniva NY, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.

Pets

Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit. Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our healthcare facility. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.
